I sat down for a heart-to-heart chat with our CEO, Trina Jellison , who has now been at the helm of Cuidando Los Niños for 15 months. In that time, she’s led with a clear vision, one that is laser-focused on our mission and centered on treating every person with dignity and respect.
What I admired from the start, and what drew me to both this city and this role, was Trina’s resolve to lead with both compassion and strategy. Her leadership is shaping not just what we do, but how we do it. At the core of that leadership is one word: confidence.
