Privacy Policy — SMS Messaging
Effective Date: May 1, 2025 | Last Updated: August 17, 2026
Cuidando Los Niños ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This section of our Privacy Policy specifically addresses how we collect, use, and protect your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent data in connection with our text messaging program.
No sharing for marketing purposes
We will never share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data to any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. Your decision to receive text messages from us is yours alone, and we will never use it to enable others to market to you.
Limited sharing for service delivery
We may share your mobile number and opt-in data with carefully selected subcontractors or service providers — such as SMS platform vendors and technical operations partners — solely to support the delivery, customer service, and technical operation of our SMS program. Any such sharing is governed by strict confidentiality agreements, and these parties are prohibited from using your data for any purpose beyond supporting our program.
Protection of opt-in consent records
All records of your text-messaging opt-in consent — including the date, time, method, and content of your consent — are kept strictly private and confidential. These records will never be transferred, sold, or disclosed to third-party marketers under any circumstances. Your consent belongs to your relationship with Cuidando Los Niños, and we treat it accordingly.
