Our Workforce Development Program equips individuals to enter or re-enter the workforce with confidence, whether they are starting fresh, returning after time away, or seeking to advance in their career.
Through one-on-one coaching and mentoring, our Workforce Case Manager walks alongside each participant, tailoring support to their unique goals and circumstances. Together, we explore opportunities, overcome barriers, and build the skills needed to thrive in today’s job market.

- Navigating the best websites and resources for job searches
- Making the most of networking opportunities, including career fairs
We also help participants understand education and training pathways, including how to access funding to make those dreams possible. Even those who are already employed can benefit—whether to prepare for a promotion, switch careers, or safeguard against unexpected job loss.
