Workforce Development
Cuidando Los Niños’ Workforce Development Program helps prepare individuals to enter or re-enter the workforce. Our Workforce Case Manager works with individuals by providing personalized and individual coaching and mentoring to assist participants to gain employment and/or developing education/training opportunities.
Our employment
support includes:
- Building an effective resume
- Developing good interview skills
- Knowing what websites are best for a job search
- Maximizing opportunities when interacting with employers at a career fair
Even if you are already employed, you should take advantage of employment services, as you never know when you may lose a job or have an opportunity to get a higher paying position. Our Case Manager can also help you understand educational/training opportunities and how you can get funding to pay for such opportunities.
